Our guests at Poplars Guesthouse have always been very complimentary of the bacon and eggs we get from Combe Martin Farm shop and based on their comments we will always support them both from a business and personal point of view. Not only is their meat fantastic so are their Cornish Pasties which is a must. They have many other produce which includes local vegetables, honey, ciders, cheese and many more. One is always made to feel very welcome when you enter the shop as you are met with a warm friendly greeting. Pop in and see them when you are in the village. You will not be disappointed.

The best steak I have ever had!

Fantastic Quality I’m lucky enough to live in the village and buy meat, veg etc. from the shop quite often. I always know that it’s going to taste amazing, because the produce is of just such high quality.
There is also usually a good tip on hand from the butcher on how to cook the meat and what it pairs well with. Or he enquires what I’m trying to achieve and gives advice on the best cut etc.
